  • Age requirement: Only guests aged 20 to 40 years are eligible to book.
  • Booking name: The reservation must be made under the same name as the guest staying in the room.
  • Occupancy limit: 1 person per room (no exceptions).

Payment & Deposit:

  • The security deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation.
  • Payment method: Bank transfer only.
  • Additional fees:
  • A 3% service fee needs to be added to the deposit total for payment processing
  • €20 fee applies for non-EU bank transfers.
