  • Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own. The mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
  • Important note:" Landlord ask for 1 month of monthly rent as admin fee and 1 month of rent as Security deposit"
  • Remember that Security Deposit and admin fee (when applies) must be paid before the check in day
