Very nice, comfortable double room available for individual use. Perfect for a student in their twenties looking for a MASTER POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS rental space. Our cosy big room in a prime neighborhood, close to the University of Barcelona, UPC & Lasalle, Bus, Tram, Metro offers convenience and comfort. The room comes fully furnished with natural light, and a equipped kitchen meeting point, bathroom, toilet, and weekly cleaning service for common areas. The neighborhood has a variety of shops, restaurants, parks, and is very close to the gym. Check our calendar for immediate occupancy. Also, bus ten minuts near to the sea :)
