This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on an individual rack on the balcony or inside the floor. Wi-Fi is installed in the property.

This 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle Valdonzella in the El Raval neighbourhood of Barcelona. There are 4 affordable rooms for rent individually. They are all fully decorated with simple yet modern furnishing, which gives the apartment a chic and stylish look. All the rooms have a desk which is perfect for tenants who also need a quiet work or study space. El Raval has plenty of sights to see, from museums to parks and plazas, as well as a wide array of restaurants and bars. The apartment is close to the University of Barcelona, making this an ideal place for students who want to live close to campus. The area of the apartment is 70 square metres.

What we liked the most

  • The location, El Raval, is very ideal for those who want to explore Barcelona. Not only is the apartment close to many cultural attractions, it is also not far from the beach
  • All rooms have double beds, so tenants can stretch out!
  • Three of the rooms have a personal sink, which can free up a lot of waiting time for the bathroom
  • The rooms all have big windows or a balcony, which is great for letting in lots of natural light
  • The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus

Things to keep in mind

  • ***Please note that the sinks shown in some rooms have been removed.
  • There is one bathroom to be shared among all tenants
  • The apartment does not come with an oven, or TV.
  • You'll get good exercise going up the stairs, as the building is not equipped with an elevator
  • Although cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.

How to book

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
