Spotahome's opinion

This modern and spacious studio apartment comes fully furnished with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need to prepare a meal and there is plenty of room and enough seating to host friends and family. The large windows let in a lot of natural light and give you a view of the swimming pool in the courtyard below.

The property is located on Carrer del Marocc in the relaxing area of Poblenou. Living here you will be close to both the beach and the city center. The area is mostly residential but the surrounding streets are home to a few shops and you are within only a few minutes walk of Parc del Centre del Poblenou.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is newly renovated and provides a bright and contemporary decor.
  • It has a pool!
  • The living area is very spacious and comes with a lot of seating.
  • Both the sea and city center can be reached in in less than 30 minutes thanks to the nearby public transport.
