This compact studio apartment is available for rent in Barcelona's Sant Andreu district. It has a single bed that can be extended into a double, and, beside it, a small table that can be placed in front of you so you can watch the wall-mounted, flat-screen TV while you eat. If you'd prefer, there is also a small dining table and chairs. The choice is yours! The kitchen is fully equipped and although it does not have an oven, there is a microwave. There are shelves above the bed, and 2 large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The apartment is just seconds away from Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and cafes. There's also a supermarket just 2 minutes away, meaning you won't have to walk far with your groceries. There's Restaurant Lagar, a popular tapas restaurant, nearby too!

- There's plenty of storage space.
- The street is residential and lined with trees.
