Casa Drac is the best place to enjoy outdoor spaces and a quiet environment.It is our cosy stone house built at the beginning of the XXth century in the northern district of Gracia.It is a co-living house that you will share with us and with other guests like you in a family atmosphere. In your spacious and comfortable room/studio you will have your private bathroom. All expenses are included.We propose comfortable common spaces dining room, living room and kitchen .It is located at a 7' walking distance from Vallcarca metro station,7' from nearest supermarket and 12' from Park Guell and Parc Coll.You can enjoy our nice garden and wonderful roof terrace with views.You will not meet tourists in our house as we only rent to people who stay in Barcelona for more than 3 months.The rental is including all expenses (utilities & wifi).If you are looking for the most quiet neighbourhood well connected with the city centre you will feel great with us ! It is an ideal place for remote working not only thanks to the high speed wifi connection but also the different comfortable spaces to do it: your room,and the common spaces such as the living-room, garden or roof terrace.You will be able to connect your ethernet cable to your private antenna avoiding security issues.

  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
