- The studio is very charming; while it is fully renovated, its brick walls and beamed ceiling give it a lot of character.
- Excellent location: with Barcelona's top entertainment options within walking from the apartment, the only problem will be that tenants won't want to live anywhere else!
- The apartment is equipped with a dryer, so tenants won't have to worry about hanging their clothes on racks or clothing lines.
