Nuestro apartamento se encuentra a quince minutos del centro de Barcelona en el barrio de la "Barceloneta" junto a la playa. Muy bien comunicado metro (Barceloneta) a diez minutos andando del borne y rodeado de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, biblioteca y el mar.
Situado en segunda planta en finca con tranquila con ascensor. Es confortable y funcional de un solo ambiente, exterior con cama doble, cocina con menaje y cuarto de baño con ducha.
Incluye sábanas y toallas.

This studio apartment is located on Carrer del Mar in La Barceloneta area of Barcelona. With its sandy beaches, fancy restaurants, and nightclubs, it's no wonder that Barceloneta is one of the most popular and exciting neighborhood in the city. The apartment is situated minutes from the beach and is very well-equipped: dryer, TV, and even A/C for a cool relief from hot Barcelona summers. Ideal for professionals and students, tenants will love living in this luxury studio!
What we liked the most
- The studio is very charming; while it is fully renovated, its brick walls and beamed ceiling give it a lot of character.
- Excellent location: with Barcelona's top entertainment options within walking from the apartment, the only problem will be that tenants won't want to live anywhere else!
- The apartment is equipped with a dryer, so tenants won't have to worry about hanging their clothes on racks or clothing lines.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is not equipped with an oven, but it has all other amenities.
- There are two twin beds, but tenants can put them together to form a double bed.
