This modern and stylish 59 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Friedrichshain. The apartment has wooden floors throughout, and is decorated in a minimalist style. There is artwork on the walls offering splashes of colour, and some attractive reclaimed furniture.
You will be living quite centrally in Berlin, just a short journey on the U-Bahn from Alexanderplatz. Nearby you have several large and popular parks, including Volkspark Friedrichshain, about a 15-minute walk away. Local amenities can be found in the area around Bersarinplatz, just a couple of minute's walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- We love the minimalist style, it really helps make the apartment feel airy and spacious.
- The modern kitchen is great, and has plenty of space to cook up a feast to entertain guests around your large dining table.
- Transport from the area is good, and can take you into the centre of the city in just a few minutes.
- The beautiful and very popular Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a short walk away, and is fantastic place to stroll in the sun.
