This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Halenseestraße in Wilmersdorf. The 65 m² apartment is decorated in bold, warm colours, that make it feel cosy and warm, and will make it immediately feel like home. From the bedroom you will have access to a balcony with a small table and views of a park and Halensee.
The apartment is situated close to public transport on a quiet complex close to the bordering district of Grunewald. This area is full of mansions and parks, and is home to several embassies. Behind the apartment is a lake surrounded by a park. Shopping and other amenities can be found about a 7–10-minute walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- We love the warm and bold colours in the living room, very cosy.
- The view from the balcony is very tranquil.
- Messegelände exhibition grounds are nearby.
- The quiet, upper class streets nearby are a lovely place to stroll on a mild day.
