Located near the Landwehrkanal canal in Kreuzberg is this 36 m², studio apartment. This area is surrounded by several parks and has several shops and restaurants nearby. The property is gas-heated, making this a great space for the cold winter months. The bedroom is the main room and also functions as a living room/dining area. There is a separate kitchen equipped with the appliances you need to cook including a microwave, a stove and a dishwasher. There is also 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. When in the mood to explore Berlin, you have a U-bahn station less than a 10-minute walk away.
Also, the property has a great location, just 30 meter to Landwehrkanal and Blücherplatz. You can enjoy a cultural evening in the American Memorial Library (within 2-minute walk) or some swimming at the public pool Bergmannkiez and Prinzenbad in Landwehrkanal (within 10-minute walk).

- Despite being a small size, the bathroom holds a big bathtub.
- The studio is very well-lit and has lovely views from the living area.
