This modern and well planned 44 m² studio on Sponholz Straße has a balcony with a gorgeous view of the neighbourhood which will be perfect for the summer months. The property is also gas-heated, making it great for the winter months as well. The living area is spacious and has a large couch, a dining table as well as plenty of shelving to store your belongings. The bed is located on a built-in mezzanine level, proving extra living space. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an oven and a dishwasher.
The neighbourhood of Friedenau is a friendly residential area found in the south of Berlin. You are close to the famous area of Schöneberg and well-connected thanks to nearby public transport.
