This nice apartment with approx. 102 m² and 3 rooms is located on the Rooftop floor of a well-kept historical building. The particularly good floor plan of this apartment convinces with a great sense of design, space and functionality. Upon entering the apartment, you will find the bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin. fitted out in gleaming white. Here, you will have access to the first balcony To the left, next to the entrance area, you can access both large bedrooms. Gracefully oriented east, they offer beautiful morning light and large closets. The main bedroom offers a balcony. Further one the heart of the apartment impresses at first glance: The spacious living area with open kitchen, high ceilings and beautiful furniture. From here you also enter the balcony, where you can enjoy sun and a tv tower view. The common property is in very good condition and is constantly maintained.
