This magnificent old nouveau building is located in the middle of the popular Bötzow district. Built at the turn of the century, it has recently been extensively renovated. In the process, the charm of the past was lovingly incorporated and supplemented with the demands of modern lifestyle.
The apartment on offer is located on the 4th floor of the side wing with a view of the quiet inner courtyard. On approx. 42 m², the historical building apartment convinces with a compact floor plan. The highlight of the flat is the spacious balcony facing east. The original floorboards were recently sanded down and give the apartment a very homely character.
The apartment is nicely furnished and offers a nice athmosphere in a great location.
