Beautiful 3 room mezzanine apartment.
On 100 m² the apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed. A high quality fitted kitchen with all accessories, a modern bathroom with bathtub and a living area with an exposed brick wall, which gives the apartment a warm atmosphere.
What we liked the most
Wonderful promenades with countless cafés, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, boutiques and other small shops create a charming, lively residential atmosphere to feel good in. Cultural opportunities in the immediate vicinity are manifold. Thanks to various galleries, the Kulturbrauerei, the Mauerpark, plenty of playgrounds and the popular weekly market on Kollwitzplatz, there are diverse and varied opportunities for leisure activities. Numerous supermarkets, organic food stores and drugstores are within walking distance and guarantee a convenient supply of everyday products. Good transport connections are provided by the underground and suburban railway as well as the tram. Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt are only a few minutes away..
