The Deluxe Apartment is the landlord's largest apartment offer, ideal for those looking for spacious and cozy accommodation in Berlin, regardless of whether they are on a business trip or students. The apartment offers an ideal stay for two people on 31 m², it has a large room with wooden parquet as flooring, it is equipped with two twin beds, bedside tables, a larger corner desk with chair and a TV, which offers full flexibility to the preferences and needs of the tenant. The room is flooded with light through the beautiful large windows and the French balcony. In addition, it has a modern, embedded heating system in the floor and free WiFi. The room has built in wardrobes to keep the tenant belongings away and make you feel at home.
The apartment has a small entrance area, a modern and well-maintained bathroom and a small kitchenette that is equipped with the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.
In the basement there is a laundry room that can be used jointly. Additional services such as room cleaning or laundry service could be booked for an additional charge.
There is a nice café on the ground floor. Here the tenant can sit comfortably and have breakfast or just take a hot or cold drink with him.
What we liked the most
- Having all the essentials in a small space – efficient living = less cleaning.
- Curling up with a book or watching TV from bed – an excellent plan for those cold winter days.
- Enjoying riverside living – why not join a cruise and explore your neighbourhood from a new perspective?
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is compact. The temptation to dine out might be quite strong!
- In case a booking request is approved for a tenant moving in with a pet, the deposit will be increased by (500 €) than the amount stated in the requested apartment advertisement
