The studio apartments is 30 Sqm, and has one comfort queen size bed which make it ideal and comfort for a stay of one tenant. The apartment has an entrance, a modern bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay and a French balcony.
The Apartment has a modern heating system embedded under the wooden parquet floor. Moreover, the apartment is equipped with beside tables, an office desk with chair, an armchair and a TV and has a free high-quality internet Wi-fi. The tenant‘s could store his things well and feel free to use the built-in wardrobes of the apartment and get the home feeling.
The high quality wooden furniture creates a cozy and and pleasant homely atmosphere.
