Brand new designer apartment with two terraces. A huge living space with bay to ceiling windows with an airy feeling as well as direct access to the large terrace. The interior is very modern designed with attention to detail. The open plan kitchen is very well equipped and invites for great dinner evenings. The bedroom includes a big king size bed, a large closet and a working desk with access to the second terrace which is also connected to the main one. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in rain shower as well as a bath tub. The building was just completed and the entire apartment set up brand new. It features underfloor heating, lift and many other extras. The property is handicapped accessible.

The Apartment is located in a quiet side street and very central close to Moritzplatz on the border to Mitte and Kreuzberg close to the princess gardens and the famous Oranienstrasse with its multi cultural restaurants, street cafes, shops and galleries. Metro U8 is one of the most important undergrounds which take you through X-berg, Neukoelln, Mitte and Wedding.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
