The bedroom includes a big king size bed, a large closet and a working desk with access to the second terrace which is also connected to the main one. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in rain shower as well as a bath tub. The building was just completed and the entire apartment set up brand new. It features underfloor heating, lift and many other extras.
The Apartment is located in a quiet side street and very central close to Moritzplatz on the border to Mitte and Kreuzberg close to the princess gardens and the famous Oranienstrasse with its multi cultural restaurants, street cafes, shops and galleries.
