Everything from the Central Station to the Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and other important historical monuments can be reached within minutes in walking distance, taxi or public transport. There are organic food/wine stores, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, cafes, book shops, pharmacies, hair salons and art galleries. Berlin's most attractive green space, Monbijou Park with its playgrounds, basketball and table tennis courts, cafes, divese restaurants, skating and jogging areas) with amazing views towards the museum island and the Berlin Dome are literally within spitting distance.
