Newly renovated bright 60sqm apartment is on the 1st floor (lift) and is on August Strasse which is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Mitte - the very center of the gallery district. Brand new wooden parquett and fresh painted walls featured throughout, all coming together for a warm atmosphere. The bedroom has a queen size bed (1,60mx2,0m) and a big cupoard for all your wardrobe to storage. Enough fresh bed linen and tools are provided. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for every day meals and great dinner evenings. The dining table in the living can seat up to four persons. The bathroom has a new shower cabin as well a washing machine and a big mirror with great lighting. There is free Wi-Fi along with a flatscreen. The very spacious terrace overlooking a green, lush and quiet courtyard is a pure calm space within the city center. The property is handicapped accessible.
The property is located in the gallery district on Auguststrasse in one of the most attractive, convenient and sought-after parts of downtown Berlin-Mitte. Everything from the Central Station to the Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and other important historical monuments can be reached within minutes in walking distance, taxi or public transport. There are organic food/wine stores, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, cafes, book shops, pharmacies, hair salons and art galleries. Berlin's most attractive green space, Monbijou Park with its playgrounds, basketball and table tennis courts, cafes, divese restaurants, skating and jogging areas) with amazing views towards the museum island and the Berlin Dome are literally within spitting distance.
