Looking towards the center: Mauerpark on the right, Volkspark Friedrichshein on the left. Great places to spend a relaxed sunny afternoon.
On to the practical stuff: There is a streetcar stop right next door on Thomas-Mann-Straße. The dm drugstore, where you can get all the necessary hygiene products, is also just a 3 minute walk away.
