This is a very special apartment: On a total of 92 square meters and divided into three rooms you live fully furnished, in the western part of Berlin (Spandau).
The apartment was furnished and equipped with very high quality and offers everything you need to live.
Starting with the beautiful living - and dining area with a comfortable couch and armchair, which due to the floor-to-ceiling windows and adjacent balcony immediately very bright & open.
The new, open-fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances of daily use. So you will find there, among other things, already an oven, kettle, toaster, and cutlery, etc..
The apartment is designed for a maximum of four people, which are divided into two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 1.60m x 2.00m box spring bed. In one of the two bedrooms, there is also a desk, in case you need to work from home.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom for your sole use. A cellar compartment is also available and included in the rent.
