The appartment contains a comfortable bed (1x 180x200 cm), a large wardrobe, a comfortable couch (not on the pictures yet), a sideboard and a working / dining desk. If you have a demand for special furniture, please just ask.

The apartment is not far from Charlottenburg Palace. The large park of the castle is ideal for walking or jogging.
The bus routes 109 and M49 and also the U7 (stop: Richard-Wagner-Platz) are nearby. Within 10 minutes you are by bus at the Kudamm and by bike at the TU Berlin.
A deposit is required. The rent including all utilitiy costs is 900 Euro / month. Electricity consumption of more than 250 euros per month must also be paid by the 3 flat tenants themselves, also a heating consumption of more than 2.000kWh/month.
