- This apartment has beautiful hardwood floors and neutral decor throughout.

- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The centre of Berlin is within half an hour by bus.

The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.
