Room to rent in nice 3 bedroom shared apartment
This 3-bedroom property feels recently renovated and comes with a washing machine, oven and an equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are bright with plenty of storage, and there is a balcony where you can enjoy a breath of fresh air.
Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf is situated to the west of Berlin city-centre and is known as an upmarket neighbourhood that is popular with families but that attracts a young crowd too. You will find a range of bars and restaurants here as well as all of the amenities and some lovely parks too.

What we liked the most
- A balcony is a real perk - ideal for relaxing with a book on warm evenings. Accesible from bedroom 1.
- With a washing machine in the property, you won't need to trek to a laundrette.
- The bedrooms have lots of natural light which help them to feel spacious.
- The property is close to the opera house - perfect if you fancy some high culture.
- Nearby, there is also a shopping centre - great for the shopaholics among you.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no TV in the property but if you have a laptop, you may find you don't need one.
