It is perfect for professionals. Why? It's stylish, simple and in a calm area away from the city. The last thing you want when you're working hard in the week is more noise. This could truly be your perfect escape.
The rental is on a monthly basis, meaning you can check in or out on your preferred day, but the contract always starts on the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month

Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.

The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.
GEZ/broadcasting fee is not included.**
Security deposit must be paid prior to move in, directly to the landlord.
● Check-in is possible Monday - Friday 10:00-16:00 in our office. Please note that check-in during public holidays is not possible.
● If the 31st or 1st falls on a weekend, check-in is available 12:00–14:00 at no extra charge. Later arrivals require prior request.
The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
