What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment, which was recently renovated, offers a spacious common kitchen, dining and lounge area - a natural meeting point for the tenants to enjoy company, if needed. Two rooms have private balconies with a great view. Curtains leave the sun out, if needed. There are no hidden costs - no service fee, no fee for using the washing machine etc... The bathroom is very spacious, too. Great to e.g. dry your clothes there (instead of blocking your room). There is no private "landlord's room" as mentioned in the video. Bedroom three is rented to a young German lady that is studying information technology. She is very kind, clean and speaks English, German and Turkish fluently.
