What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment offers a spacious common kitchen, dining and lounge area - a natural meeting point for the tenants to enjoy company, if needed. There is no private "landlord's room" as mentioned in the video. The room is rented to a young lady that is studying IT. She is very kind and from a German/Turkish background. She speaks English and German fluently.

Room for rent in a furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms on Soldiner Str.

A shared apartment in Northern part of Mitte (central Berlin) facing south and offering a fantastic view. It is close to the Parks of Pankow and to the lakes in the North but directly connected to Berlin Hbf and the city centre with S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Bus.

It offers a modern kitchen with all the basics and a big bathroom with daylight and enough space to dry your laundry. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom 2 have been renovated recently.

There is a nice collection of local shops and mosks just a few minutes away. The river Panke is around the corner for recreation, jogging or escaping the city for a bike ride along the river.

You can take the bus every 10 minutes just around the corner or choose between two S-Bahn and a metro.

The flat is perfect for temporary stays. It can be used for professional projects, internships, traineeships, longer holiday stays, etc.
