This apartment is located in Neuköllkn offers three rooms for rent, with a shared bathroom that includes a shower over a large bath, as well as a sink and toilet. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has an oven and plenty of cupboard space.
The apartment is close to public transport. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment. It is also flooded with light since each room has a window, the heating is central. A supermarket, a post office and several shops are within a ten-minute walk. Also a couple of restaurants are easily accessible by train or bus (Tempelhofer Feld).
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a balcony (access from room 3 and the kitchen).
