Room description
Cozy room in 4-bedroom apartment in Treptow-Köpenick, BerlinCozy room in 4-bedroom apartment in Treptow-Köpenick, Berlin Our student-friendly apartment is located on Neltestrasse, in a calm neighbourhood with a beautiful view of nearby greenery.
We created a student-friendly living space by selecting materials that transform the apartment into peaceful environment with bright colors: a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook both gastronomic and on-the-go meals. It has Limoges dishes, fine glasses, good cutlery and sharp cooking knives. Each room offers a single bed and (a) roomy closet(s). Laundry is a snap with a all-in-one washer-dryer. Wifi is of course already provided (100Mb).
Getting downtown is easy with many public transport connections, and the apartment is only a ten- minute walk from the Adlershof S-Bahn station. But if you are in academic you may not even need to travel: Adlershof is known for its university institutes (Humboldt) and the HTW (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft).
If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. Please Note: The rental deposit will be two months’ rent. The minimum stay is 7 months.
