This studio apartment with one bathroom is for rent on Alfred-Jung-Straße in Lichtenberg. Bright and modern, you'll love the furniture and minimalist vibes. There is a large glass sliding door that leads to your private balcony. It lets' plenty of sunlight in. In the living space, you have two single beds, two desks, and a dining area. It's quite a spacious studio. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. It also has a microwave, refrigerator, and stove. The bathroom is large. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the common area.
You'll love living in Lichtenberg. Next to two major parks, Fennpfulpark and Stadtpark Lichtenberg, you'll love spending your time outdoors. Plus, public transportation is easy with a tram and bus stop right around the block. There's plenty to do around the apartment, including great restaurants like diePaula, a great lunch joint. For groceries, there's a Lidl conveniently down the street!

Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is in a student halls of residence. That means there are some other almost identical units in the building. So what you see above may be a tiny, tiny bit different to what you actually rent.
- Only students are allowed here... one more reason to get those books back.
