This stylish property is very modern, and is divided into 2 sections which makes it feel more like a 1-bedroom apartment rather than a studio. The property is in a residential building which has plenty of communal areas including a kitchen, a common laundry room, bicycle parking and a rooftop terrace which provides spectacular views of the city.
This apartment is on Thaerstraße in Friedrichshain; a trendy, up-and-coming neighbourhood which is filled with bars, cafés and restaurants. The property is well connected by public transport, with Frankfurter Tor U-Bahn station just a 7 minute's walk away.
