This huge studio apartment to rent on Rognitzstraße is on the 5th floor and has a large terrace with a city view. The front door opens into a hall with a wardrobe. To the left is the bathroom, which has a tub. To the right is a door to the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is also open to the informal living area. This space is furnished with a foldable dining table, a desk, armchair, and both a double and a single bed.
Your new studio apartment in Charlottenburg is southwest of the city center. You are roughly a 20-minute walk away from parks and major tourist sites like the Charlottenburg Palace. A half-hour walk will take you to a cinema and Wilmersdorfer Arcaden shopping mall. There are a few restaurants just south of your new home. And within a 10-minute walk, you’ll discover an art gallery, supermarket, organic food store and a Pilates studio.
