The apartment is small but modern and offers everything you need for living in Berlin, such as WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, TV (including GEZ fees), as well as a comfortable single bed and a private bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor facing the street. We can offer our Super Saver Apartment TRAM at a very attractive price.
In the building, there are many extras: a gym, bicycles that can be rented free of charge on availability and a concierge service that will help you with your requests and concerns. A regular cleaning service is further included in the rent, which will leave you more time to enjoy the beautiful things in Berlin. Also, there is a garage where you can safely park your car (on availability and on charge), and a rooftop where you can enjoy your beer with the prettiest view of River Spree. Washing machines and dryers can also be found in the house and can be used at any time for a fee.
WiFi is available in the whole building, i.e. in your apartment, the gym and the house’s café. It is called Kranbar and here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and lunch. At the same time the common area, as well as the “grill and chill” backyard offers a great platform to meet same minded people with whom you can explore the city.
