Furnished studio apartment for rent on Wilhelminenhofstraße. This apartment offers the comfort and the privacy of your own home as well as the service of a hotel. It is modern and newly furnished and includes everything that is necessary for your move to Berlin: WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, TV and of course a cosy bed.
In our Boardinghouse Spreepolis we offer many extras: a gym, bicycles that can be rented free of charge and a concierge service that will help you with your requests and concerns. A regular cleaning service is further included in the rent, which will leave you more time to enjoy the beautiful things in Berlin. Also, there is a garage where you can safely park your car, and a rooftop where you can enjoy your beer with the prettiest view of River Spree. WiFi is available in the whole building, i.e. in your apartment, the gym and the house’s café. The common area, as well as the “grill and chill” backyard offers a great platform to meet same minded people with whom you can explore the city.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
