This stylish 70 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle Jardines Kalea in Casco Viejo. The living room has a sofa and TV, as well as a dining room table and chairs, and the equally well-equipped kitchen opens up onto the living room. The bedroom has twin beds and has balcony access.
There is a supermarket and several other stores within a 10-minute walk, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The large Etxebarria Parkea is within a 20-minute walk as well. Parque del Arenal, Mercado de la Rivera and Plaza Nueva are also very close to the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, so there is plenty of storage space for your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
