3 Bedroom apartment fully furnished and equipped in San Ignacio neighbourhood. Spacious and bright Living Room connected to the "American style" kitchen. Fully furnished; sofa, table, chairs, TV. The Kitchen is Fully equipped; fridge-freezer, microwave, oven. Kitchenware; frying pans, pots, cutlery, etc. 3 Rooms have desks, chairs. Room 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 and 3 have a single bed.
San Ignacio is a quite area for all ages, close to all kinds of stores, pharmacies, supermarkets and several leisure areas.

Subway is just 5 minutes walk, the bus 2 minutes away, public bicycle park 2 minutes walk. Also if you go to the UPV in Sarriko it is a 10 minute walk, if you go to the UPV in Leioa you have the bus 2 minutes from home and if you go to any other place in Bilbao you have the subway nearby.
