Rent a room in this lovely 75m² 3-bedroom apartment located in Santutxu. It comes fully furnished with an equipped kitchen, private washing machine and one shared bathroom. It also has a balcony leading off from the kitchen, great for getting some rays of sunshine! There is elevator access and smoking is not allowed.
You will be living in the spectacular neigbourhood of Begoña. You're completely surrounded by tapas bars, seafood restaurants and fun places to have drinks. You're a 3-minute walk from the Basarrate subway station, which can take you all the way to the beach, if you want! The metro also gives quick access to the city centre and Deusto University.
What we liked the most
- We loved the kitchen, lots of room to cook at the same time as your flatmates!
- The hardwood floors give the apartment a sophisticated feel!
