El piso consta de cinco habitaciones, dos baños y un amplio salón, justo pegado a la plaza de Unamuno (con su para de Metro). Tres de las habitacionse tienes balcón con salida a la calle, con vistas a la plaza. La mayoría de los muebles son a estrenar.
