There are rooms to rent in this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle Avila Kalea, in Indautxu. The 110 m² property is equipped with brand new furnishings and has a stylish kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also a cozy living area to relax with your flatmates.
The apartment has a fantastic central location only 5 minutes from Plaza Indautxu and surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. There is plenty to explore nearby, and you can walk to the river and the beautiful Doña Casilda de Iturrizar Park in about 20 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen and bathrooms are brand new.
- There is a dining table to share a meal with your flatmates.
- One of the bathrooms has a bathtub.
- Marco the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
- You will find banks, pharmacies, gyms, supermarkets, and other essential amenities within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
