Hay piscina cuatro meses al año y gimnasio todo el año. Cerca del metro a diez minutos andando . Zona de aparcamiento gratuito y fácil de aparcar. Vivo yo la propietaria en la otra habitación. Maximo una persona. En caso de ser dos personas las interesadas para la misma habitación, la estancia máxima es de un mes y el precios variaría. Posibilidad de alquilar el piso entero para dos personas meses de verano o semana Santa ( consultar disponibilidad).
