Spacious, cozy and very comfortable room. 1.05 bed, study table, television, armchair. The kitchen has a washing machine, dryer and all the necessary kitchen utensils to make your stay more comfortable. In Abando, the center of Bilbao, next to the Sagrado Corazón square, Gran Vía and all the means of transport that will take you to the important places in the city, termibus, metro and tram. Seven minutes from the Faculties of Engineering, Sarriko, Deusto and the Fine Arts and Guggenheim museums.
Surrounded by all essential services such as cafeterias, supermarkets, restaurants. Five minutes from the Alhóndiga cultural center.
It does include all expenses, electricity, water, heating, Internet and a cleaning service one day a week for the common areas, as well as two sets of sheets, towels and duvets.
