Desplazarse es muy sencillo ya que a escasos minutos del portal se encuentran paradas de metro (Parada a nueve minutos andando). Parada de tranvía a tan solo siete minutos andando (parada la Ribera).
Paradas de autobús a la UPV Leioa en Abando, a tan solo doce minutos andando desde el portal.
