Spotahome's opinion
This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Irnerio is the perfect little spot for one or two people. The bedroom is very comfy with a double bed, wardrobe, night tables and a small table and chair. The bathroom is modern with a larger shower stall than is usual. The rest of the space, which is open-concept, is great to relax or entertain. You can cook your meals in the one-wall kitchen, which is fully equipped, and sit down to eat at the dining table. Afterwards, you can relax into the comfy sofa to watch TV. And on warm nights, you can chill on the balcony, which overlooks the interior courtyard.
Irnerio is a fairly lively neighborhood, so you might really appreciate living in this interior apartment. All around you’ll find cocktail bars and nightclubs, as well as quieter cafés, lively pizzarias and romantic restaurants. The University of Bologna, which is an 8-minute walk away, brings tons of students to the neighborhood. However, numerous museums bring lots of tourists too. While you can escape onto your balcony, you can also slip into the nearby Montagnola park when you’re feeling like you want a beautiful walk and quiet time.
