This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Irnerio overlooks a lively street. The front door opens directly into the open-concept kitchen, living and dining room. The one-wall kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dining table that separates it from the living room. The living space is furnished with a modern sofa and a wall-mounted TV. There is a tall window in this room, so you get plenty of natural light. The same goes for the bedroom, which has a relaxing double bed, as well as a desk and chair where you can study or work. The bathroom is gorgeous, and although it has a shower stall, it is slightly larger than the typical, so you won’t feel cramped.
Your new home in the Irnerio neighborhood is located just 8 minutes away from the University of Bologna. It’s also a 14-minute walk from downtown and there are a number of museums, galleries and other sightseeing opportunities nearby. This means that you’re in part of town busy with students and tourists. It’s certainly lively here, but you’ll never be bored! There are tons of cafés, restaurants, cocktail lounges and nightclubs within a 10-minute walk. During the day, you can check out numerous shops and boutiques. And if you feel like some down time, just head over to Montagnola Park. A 5-minute walk will get you to this gorgeous and quiet green space.
