Guests have access to the entire apartment, including full use of the kitchen. Bed linens and towels are provided. Upon arrival, our staff will be at the apartment to explain the amenities and hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any assistance. State-of-the-art windows and doors ensure optimal thermal and acoustic insulation. The property overlooks a quiet, low-traffic street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The apartment opens onto a spacious, tastefully furnished entrance hall with a spacious coat rack and a comfortable workspace. Behind it, a large, full-length mirror allows for a final check of your outfit before leaving. The entrance hall leads to all the rooms of the home and opens directly into the spacious living room, where a comfortable sofa (140 x 200 cm) that converts to a double bed takes pride of place. Next to it is a spacious cabinet for the latest-generation 42" TV with SKY TV. The living room offers access to a large balcony overlooking Bologna's historic center, where the ancient towers and domes that have made the city famous stand out, and affords views all the way to the Basilica of San Luca, perched atop Colle della Guardia. The custom-designed open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven, and is fully equipped with everything from a kettle to a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included). The furnishings include a round dining table complete with seating and comfortable seating for up to four people. The sleeping area comprises a charming double bedroom with a spacious, custom-made four-door wardrobe. This room also features a French window leading to the large terrace that wraps around the property. A colorful chest of drawers and numerous stylish details complete the furnishings, adding warmth and making the atmosphere even more pleasant and refined. The washer and dryer are located in a storage room, where household cleaning supplies are also kept. The bathroom, which features a window and a spacious, modern shower stall, is beautifully finished with elegant ceramic tiles in neutral tones, wall-mounted fixtures, and designer faucets.
