Spacious one-bedroom apartment of fifty five sqm in Bologna city centre, located on the fifth floor of a residential building in a well-served area, close to the central station and to the public garage ‘Riva di Reno’.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.
The apartment opens onto a long corridor leading into the four rooms the property consists of. Right beside the entrance you find a box room, where to store the cleaning products. The apartment is provided with an autonomous heating system and a portable A/C unit.
