Il tavolo da pranzo in pietra, finemente lavorato, è in grado di accogliere comodamente fino a 6 ospiti ed è sovrastato da un magnifico lampadario in vetro di Murano. Due grandi librerie incorniciano la grande finestra, che si affaccia sulla chiesa di Santa Maria dei Servi e sul suo caratteristico chiosco porticato, permettendo agli ospiti di immergersi immediatamente nell'atmosfera medievale che pervade il centro di Bologna.
La grande cucina abitabile è dotata di un'isola completa di sgabelli, utile per la colazione o per un pranzo veloce.
