The 80 m2 apartment is located on the 7th floor by lift.

The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The apartment also features a balcony or terrace, where you can enjoy the views of the city.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the second has a sofa bed and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic office chair for you to do work while sitting in comfort. Both bedrooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
