This bright 40m2 apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy living area with windows facing the street along with a sofa-bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment building also has a laundry room with a washing machine.
Along with being less than a 15-minute walk from Bruxelles-Luxembourg station, this apartment is also close to Vrije University and Universite Libre de Bruxelles. The closest train station is Germoir, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- We love the comfortable and luminous living area, complete with several sofas.
