Choisir notre logement c'est choisir une des dix neuf communes de Bruxelles la plus sympa, la plus animée, la plus variée. Vous serez à deux pas de la Place Jourdan, de la Chaussée d'Ixelles, de la gare du Luxembourg. Un diversité de petits restaurants & de bar sur un périmètre aussi restreint est chose rare.
Notre immeuble donne accès un un superbe petit jardin arboré avec chaises de jardin et table afin de boire un verre avec les copains ou de faire connaissance avec l'un des coloc de l'immeuble.

This amazing, luxurious ground floor apartment is available to rent in Ixelles. A very large 90 m² and gorgeous furnishings and decorations, coupled with the high ceilings, and original mouldings and hardwood floors give the apartment a feeling of sumptuous elegance. The kitchen is very well equipped, with new surfaces and fittings. The bathroom has a huge shower, and has wooden slatted walls and floor, designed to reduce moisture and create a warm environment.
The location is absolutely perfect for a person working at the European Parliament, with the Hemicycle building less than a 10-minute walk away. There are many other notable institutions nearby, along with several of the city's major museums, making the home ideal for an academic too. Also, there area has plenty of amenities, including several supermarkets, pharmacies, clothes stores, restaurants and bars.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is huge!
- You will have a real tase of luxury living here.
- The location is perfect for people working at the European Parliament.
- The city centre is also just a short walk away, passing several important institutions and museums, plus the Palais de Bruxelles on the way.
